What free to play means here
Every cup, championship and tournament has free entry. Upgrades and consumables are bought with Race Credits earned by racing. Gears are optional: spend them on premium customization or convert them to Race Credits to progress faster. You never buy a place on the grid, and every performance upgrade can still be earned by racing.
Race Credits and Gears are in-game items with no cash value. They cannot be cashed out, transferred or traded. Free practice features are available from age 13 with any required parent or guardian consent; some competitive features may be restricted by age or country.
