ReactionRacing account and data deletion
Delete your ReactionRacing account
Use this page to request deletion of your ReactionRacing app account and associated data. After submitting, confirm the request from the email we send to the account address so support can process deletion.
What happens next
- Submit the request with the email address used for your ReactionRacing account.
- Open the confirmation email and click the secure confirmation link.
- After confirmation, your account is marked as verified-for-deletion for support.
- If you have balances, rewards, wallet-linked activity, or open support cases, support may ask you to resolve those first.
- Support deletes or anonymises eligible account data and confirms completion by email.

Data deleted or anonymised
- Account identifiers such as email address, race name, login credentials, profile details, and preferences where no longer needed.
- Push notification tokens, device registration records, and app notification preferences.
- Support and operational records tied only to routine account use where deletion is legally and technically possible.
- Public gameplay display data is removed, disabled, or anonymised where feasible.
Data that may be kept
- Records required for security, anti-cheat, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, tax, accounting, or enforcement of terms.
- Blockchain transactions, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, or on-chain records that ReactionRacing cannot erase from public blockchain infrastructure.
- Aggregated or anonymised analytics that no longer identify you.
- Backups and server logs until they rotate out of normal retention.
Timing and retention
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after successful verification. Backup copies and server logs may remain for up to 90 days before routine rotation. Deletion request records and related support correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months so ReactionRacing can document compliance, handle disputes, and prevent abuse.
