Terms of Use

01Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the ReactionRacing website, game, apps, whitelist flows, accounts, linked wallets, sponsored gameplay actions, events, digital balances, wallet-linked features, and related services made available through reactionracing.pro, the ReactionRacing apps on iOS and Android, and approved ReactionRacing channels.

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, linking one or more wallets, joining a whitelist or waitlist, entering races or championships, using RRX, receiving or using a sponsored upgrade or sponsored entry fee, or interacting with any wallet-linked feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, and any additional rules or campaign terms presented for a specific feature, event, or promotion.

If a feature-specific rule conflicts with these Terms, the feature-specific rule controls for that feature only. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.

02Eligibility, Age, and Jurisdiction

You may use the Platform only if you can lawfully do so and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

• Local-law responsibility. You are responsible for determining whether use of the Platform and any digital-asset feature is lawful where you live or access it.
• Jurisdiction limits. ReactionRacing may restrict or disable access in locations, circumstances, or account states that create legal, compliance, sanctions, security, or operational risk.
• Truthful eligibility information. You must provide accurate registration, age, and eligibility information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Age requirements

Adults aged 18 or older may use the Platform subject to local law. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Platform only where local law and ReactionRacing's then-current onboarding flow permit it, with any required parent or guardian consent and with any additional feature restrictions that apply. Children under 13 may not use the Platform.

We may request age, identity, or eligibility verification where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. We may suspend or refuse access if we cannot verify eligibility to our reasonable satisfaction.

03Accounts, Access, and Security

You may create an account using the registration methods that ReactionRacing makes available, such as email-and-password login and, where enabled, compatible wallet-linked access. A single eligible user account may also be permitted to link more than one compatible wallet if that feature is made available. Email verification and additional onboarding steps may be required before certain features activate.

• One person, one account. Unless we expressly allow otherwise, each user may maintain only one user account.
• Multiple wallets may be linked to one account. Where supported, you may connect more than one compatible wallet to the same account, but all linked wallets are treated as associated with the same user.
• No entitlement multiplication. Linking multiple wallets does not create multiple accounts, duplicate reward caps, separate sponsorship eligibility, extra leaderboard positions, or additional rights.
• Credential security. You are responsible for your password, devices, wallet approvals, linked-wallet selections, and any activity that occurs through your account or connected wallets.
• No key sharing. Do not share private keys, seed phrases, recovery codes, or account credentials. ReactionRacing will never ask you to send a seed phrase.
• Name and profile integrity. Racing Names and profile elements must not impersonate another person, infringe rights, or violate law or community rules.

If you believe your account, device, or wallet-linked access has been compromised, contact support@reactionracing.pro promptly. We may temporarily pause certain account actions, unlink wallet-linked access, or restrict one or more connected wallet addresses from accessing ReactionRacing features while investigating suspected compromise, abuse, or security risk. ReactionRacing cannot freeze, recover, or control assets held in a self-custody wallet and can only restrict access to Platform features.

04Gameplay, Competition, and Fair Play

ReactionRacing is a skill-based racing game built around reaction-time inputs, vehicle development, rank progression, season play, cup competition, and related event formats. Race outcomes depend on the published game rules, player reaction timing, and vehicle state.

To protect gameplay quality and economic stability, ReactionRacing may update reward tables, progression formulas, eligibility thresholds, event structures, sponsorship parameters, staking parameters, anti-cheat systems, and other live-balancing variables.

• No automation. Bots, scripts, macros, input simulators, or any tool that artificially improves or standardises reaction performance are prohibited.
• No exploitation. You may not abuse bugs, lag, sync issues, event resets, or implementation flaws to obtain a competitive or economic advantage.
• No manipulation. Multi-accounting, multi-wallet abuse, collusion, win-trading, referral abuse, sponsorship abuse, reward farming, and fake activity are prohibited.
• Operational correction rights. If a race, cup, leaderboard, sponsored action, or reward settlement is materially affected by error, outage, fraud, or abuse, ReactionRacing may void the result, rerun the event, correct standings, reverse related credits, or remove related benefits where reasonably necessary.

05RRX, FREE and VESTED Balances, and RRGV

As described in the current whitepaper, RRX is a gameplay and ecosystem utility token used for upgrades, season or event entry fees, staking, and other approved ecosystem utilities, whether paid directly by users or, where offered, through approved sponsored gameplay programs. It is not described as equity, debt, profit participation, or any claim on assets, revenues, treasury funds, or distributions.

The current whitepaper describes a two-year vesting period for standard gameplay-issued VESTED balances unless a specific feature, promotion, or published rule says otherwise. Token state, release timing, and feature availability may vary by event type, rank, promotion, or technical rollout.

Where ReactionRacing, a DAO-approved program, a community treasury, a partner, or another approved sponsor covers upgrades, entry fees, gas, or similar gameplay costs, that support is promotional or operational in nature only and does not create ownership, redemption, reimbursement, or treasury rights.

ReactionRacing does not promise token price, liquidity, listing, redemption into fiat or stablecoins, or the continued availability of any transfer route. External transferability, secondary-market trading, third-party custody, or external use depend on technical implementation, third-party support, market conditions, and applicable law, and may not always be available.

If Reaction Racing Governance Token (RRGV) is introduced or earned, it is a separate, non-transferable governance participation metric or token. The whitepaper states that RRGV has no monetary value and does not confer ownership, dividend, redemption, collateral, or other economic rights.

06Rewards, Sponsored Upgrades, Entry Fees, Staking, and Promotions

Reward amounts, token states, qualification criteria, credit timing, payout structure, and any eligibility for sponsored upgrades, sponsored entry fees, or similar programs are determined by the then-current published rules for the relevant race, season, cup, rank, promotion, or onboarding phase.

• Gameplay spending. RRX used for upgrades, cup or season entry fees, staking, or other approved gameplay actions is spent or locked under the applicable rules and is generally final once validly processed, whether funded by you directly or through an approved sponsored flow, except where law requires otherwise or we correct a Platform error affecting Platform records or settlement.
• Sponsored actions. ReactionRacing may, where offered, allow certain upgrades, event entries, gas costs, or other protocol actions to be fully or partly covered by ReactionRacing, a DAO-approved program, a community treasury, a partner, or another approved sponsor. Sponsored coverage is discretionary, may be capped or targeted, may depend on campaign or eligibility criteria, and may be changed, paused, audited, limited, or withdrawn for future or pending actions.
• No cash equivalent or future right. Sponsored coverage has no cash value, is not redeemable, and does not create a continuing right to future sponsorship, reimbursement, compensation, or treasury participation.
• Staking is gameplay utility. Staking is an optional gameplay-alignment mechanism with modest in-game bonuses tied to active competition. It is not a deposit account, lending product, savings program, or guaranteed return.
• Promotion controls. New user bonuses, whitelist bonuses, referral rewards, Reward Doublers, and similar campaigns may be limited, delayed, modified, audited, clawed back from unsettled internal credits where applicable, or cancelled where needed to prevent abuse, correct error, or comply with law.
• Tax responsibility. You remain responsible for your own tax reporting and other obligations arising from use of the Platform.

ReactionRacing may decline to settle pending rewards, sponsored benefits, or other in-Platform entitlements, and may disqualify entries, results, or eligibility for future rewards or sponsorships, where it reasonably believes the account, device, connected wallet address, event entry, or activity breached these Terms or the applicable event rules. ReactionRacing cannot freeze, recover, seize, or control assets held in a self-custody wallet, and cannot reverse completed blockchain transactions.

07Wallets, Multi-Wallet Linking, Sponsored Transactions, and Third-Party Services

Some Platform features may let you connect or interact with one or more compatible self-custody wallets tied to the same account, supported access layers, app stores, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, or other third-party services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

The current whitepaper describes Avalanche C-Chain as the authoritative execution and settlement layer for tokenized gameplay actions, with additional wallet environments acting only as access or interface layers if supported.

• Self-custody control. If you connect a compatible self-custody wallet, transaction approval and wallet control remain with you.
• Linked-wallet attribution. If you link multiple compatible wallets to one account, you represent that you are authorised to use each wallet and understand that activity across linked wallets may be attributed to the same user for eligibility, anti-abuse, and enforcement purposes.
• Third-party infrastructure dependence. Sponsored or wallet-linked transactions may rely on relayers, paymasters, RPC providers, indexers, wallet software, app stores, or other third parties that ReactionRacing does not control.
• Public and irreversible records. Blockchain transactions may be public, delayed, or irreversible, and may fail because of network conditions, software bugs, bridge issues, relayer or paymaster failure, or third-party wallet problems.
• No market promise. ReactionRacing does not guarantee any exchange listing, market maker, liquidity pool, cash-out path, or external counterparty.

08Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to violate law, harm other users, undermine the game economy, or interfere with Platform operations.

• use automation, scripts, bots, macros, exploit tools, or deceptive devices;
• use multiple accounts, wallets, addresses, or access methods to evade one-account rules, reward caps, sponsorship limits, anti-abuse controls, or enforcement decisions;
• misrepresent ownership, control, or eligibility in relation to a linked wallet, sponsored action, or account state;
• circumvent age gates, jurisdiction blocks, event restrictions, or compliance controls;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or defraud other users or ReactionRacing;
• reverse engineer, probe, scan, overload, scrape, or bypass security or rate limits;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
• upload malware, malicious code, or content that disrupts service integrity;
• use the Platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful gambling, or any unlawful purpose.

09Intellectual Property and Limited Licence

The Platform, game systems, software, artwork, names, logos, interfaces, rankings, text, audio-visual materials, and related content are owned by ReactionRacing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws.

Subject to these Terms, ReactionRacing grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or any part of it without written permission.
• You may not use ReactionRacing branding or content in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or ownership.
• You may not remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

10Suspension, Termination, and Platform Changes

ReactionRacing may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or restrict accounts, access, or specific Platform features, pause certain in-Platform actions, decline to settle pending rewards or sponsored benefits, unlink wallet-linked access, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, anti-cheat enforcement, security, legal compliance, or service integrity. These actions apply only to ReactionRacing accounts, records, eligibility, and Platform features. ReactionRacing cannot freeze, recover, seize, or control assets held in a self-custody wallet, and cannot reverse completed blockchain transactions.

If your account is terminated or closed, your licence to use the Platform ends immediately. Closing an account does not erase on-chain history, transaction history associated with linked wallet addresses, public leaderboard records already generated, or data that must be retained for security, legal, or accounting reasons.

The whitepaper expressly states that features, mechanisms, integrations, and future ecosystem concepts may be modified, delayed, implemented in a different form, provided only by third parties or separate entities, or not implemented at all. ReactionRacing may therefore modify, suspend, or discontinue gameplay modes, multi-wallet support, wallet-linked access, sponsored upgrades, sponsored entry-fee programs, gas sponsorship, staking parameters, promotions, governance-linked utilities, and other Platform features where necessary.

11Disclaimers, Risk Allocation, and Liability

The Platform and all associated content, rules, balances, wallet-linked features, and communications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing on the Platform, in the whitepaper, or in marketing materials is investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing should be read as an offer of securities, banking, exchange, payment, brokerage, or custodial services unless a specific third-party service is separately identified and governed by its own terms.

Any sponsor or DAO support for gameplay costs is discretionary program support only and does not create ownership, governance, profit-sharing, fiduciary, reimbursement, or redemption rights in any treasury, sponsor, or third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReactionRacing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, market opportunity, or digital-asset value arising from your use of the Platform, third-party services, or market conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
