01Overview
Reaction Racing is a skill-based racing game with a digital economy built around RRX, car progression, ranked play, staking-linked gameplay modifiers, and other approved ecosystem uses. RRX is described in the white paper as a gameplay and ecosystem utility token rather than as equity, debt, profit participation, or a claim on assets, revenues, treasury funds, or distributions.
Reaction Racing uses FREE and VESTED balance states. FREE balances are transferable where enabled. VESTED balances remain usable for approved gameplay functions but are restricted from open transfer until the applicable vesting period expires. The ecosystem also includes vehicle tokens with persistent upgrade and performance state under the game rules.
This Risk Disclosure summarises principal risks associated with the Platform, the token mechanics, and related gameplay systems. It is not exhaustive. New or unforeseen risks may arise as the product, technical implementation, market environment, and legal framework evolve.
02Token, Transferability & Liquidity Risk
RRX is a crypto-asset used within the Reaction Racing ecosystem. The following risks apply to FREE, VESTED, staked, or otherwise held RRX balances.
| Loss of value. RRX may lose value in part or in full. Any external market price for RRX may be volatile and may fall sharply, including to near zero. |
| Transferability is conditional. External transfers, withdrawals, custody outside the ecosystem, secondary-market trading, or other third-party use depend on technical implementation, third-party support, market conditions, and applicable law and may not always be available. |
| Liquidity is not guaranteed. Even where transfer is enabled, there may be limited liquidity, limited exchange support, limited counterparties, or periods during which a sale or transfer cannot be completed on acceptable terms. |
| Vesting restrictions apply. VESTED balances remain subject to the applicable vesting logic. They may be usable for approved gameplay functions while remaining restricted from open transfer until vesting conditions are satisfied. |
| No guaranteed rewards or recoverability. Gameplay rewards, onboarding incentives, reward splits, and utility access may change under the applicable rules. RRX used in gameplay is not guaranteed to be recoverable through later performance or resale. |
| Utility risk. RRX may not always be exchangeable for the gameplay or ecosystem functionality described in the white paper, especially in the event of project failure, discontinuation, or material modification. |
Only participate with funds and digital assets that you can afford to lose entirely.
03Blockchain, Wallet & Smart Contract Risk
Reaction Racing relies on smart contracts, wallet infrastructure, blockchain settlement, and application-layer services. These dependencies create technical and operational risk.
| Smart contract vulnerabilities. Even after testing or audit, smart contracts may contain bugs, design flaws, integration defects, or exploitable vulnerabilities that affect balances, settlement, staking, vehicle state, or protocol operations. |
| Irreversible transactions. Blockchain transactions may be final and irreversible. Transfers to an incorrect address or execution mistakes may not be recoverable. |
| Wallet-access risk. Loss, compromise, or misuse of passwords, devices, wallet credentials, recovery phrases, or signing authority may result in permanent loss of access to assets or account functionality. |
| Network and infrastructure failure. Congestion, chain outages, relayer failure, sponsored-gas failure, node failure, oracle failure, or third-party infrastructure incidents may delay or prevent settlement-relevant actions. |
| Application-layer disruption. Real-time gameplay, matchmaking, anti-abuse systems, session handling, and offchain processing may be interrupted by bugs, downtime, or data corruption. This may affect race completion, reward calculation, or the timing of settlements. |
| Launch and migration risk. Pre-launch implementations, phased rollouts, and any transition from application-layer accounting to onchain settlement remain subject to testing, audit, deployment readiness, and final launch rules. |
04Gameplay, Competition & Spending Risk
Reaction Racing is a competitive skill-based game. Performance, rewards, and progression depend on player execution, competition quality, and the current game rules.
| Skill and competition determine outcomes. Better reaction times, stronger execution, and stronger car state may improve competitive results, but no minimum level of earnings or progression is guaranteed. |
| Entry fees are at risk. Cup or championship entry fees are paid under the applicable rules and are not refundable based on poor performance or unfavorable results. |
| Upgrade spending does not guarantee outperformance. Car upgrades convert liquid RRX into persistent vehicle state. This may improve gameplay capability, but it does not guarantee better relative ranking, eligibility, or later resale or transfer outcomes. |
| Vehicle state can change through gameplay. Performance-point progression and degradation mechanics, including crash-related penalties where applicable, can alter a car’s derived bonus and future competitiveness. |
| Event thresholds and reward logic may change. Upgrade requirements, eligible formats, rank progression, reward allocation, and other balancing rules may be revised over time. |
| Delegation and marketplace utility are conditional. Any Race Team use, vehicle transfer, or vehicle-marketplace activity depends on technical availability, operational rules, user demand, and applicable law. |
05Account Security Risk
Account security remains a principal user responsibility. Compromise of user credentials or wallet access can materially affect the safety of assets and gameplay accounts.
| Phishing and impersonation. Attackers may imitate Reaction Racing, wallet providers, exchanges, or moderators in an attempt to steal credentials or signing authority. |
| Password and device compromise. Weak passwords, reused credentials, compromised email accounts, or malware-infected devices can expose the user’s account or wallet environment. |
| Recovery is limited. Support may be able to assist with certain platform-account issues, but blockchain transfers and loss of self-custody credentials may be irreversible. |
| Delay increases loss risk. Delayed reporting of suspicious activity can reduce the ability to contain harm, suspend access, or preserve account integrity. |

06Regulatory, Tax & Jurisdiction Risk
The legal treatment of digital assets, gameplay tokens, wallet functionality, NFT-like vehicle assets, marketplace transfers, staking, and online gaming varies by jurisdiction and may change over time.
| Jurisdictional restrictions. Participation in Reaction Racing or use of digital assets may be restricted or prohibited where the user resides or accesses the Platform. Users are responsible for assessing local legality before participation. |
| Change in law. Legal or regulatory changes may require modification, delay, suspension, or discontinuation of wallet functions, transfers, staking, marketplace activity, or other protocol features. |
| Tax obligations. Earning, receiving, using, staking, transferring, or disposing of digital assets may have tax consequences. Users remain solely responsible for determining and meeting their own reporting and payment obligations. |
| Identity and compliance checks. Access to certain functions may be conditioned on identity verification, sanctions screening, source-of-funds review, or other legally required checks where applicable. |
| Geographic enforcement. Access to supported services may be denied, suspended, or limited based on applicable law, service-provider restrictions, or risk controls. |

07Platform Continuity & Feature Change Risk
Reaction Racing is an evolving product. Features, integrations, and technical architecture remain subject to review and may be modified before or after launch.
| Features may change or be removed. Any feature, mechanism, integration, or future ecosystem concept may be modified, delayed, implemented in a different form, implemented only by third parties or separate entities, or not implemented at all. |
| Launch timing is conditional. Planned launch dates, contract deployment, chain support, marketplace support, and related rollout milestones remain subject to audit, testing, deployment readiness, legal review, budget, and operational readiness. |
| Third-party dependency risk. Exchanges, wallet providers, infrastructure operators, cloud services, relayers, sponsored-gas providers, and other service providers may fail, withdraw support, or change terms. |
| Economic conditions may change. Reward structures, entry requirements, sink pressure, treasury policy, player activity, and ecosystem participation may change in ways that reduce utility, participation, or perceived attractiveness. |
| Project discontinuation is possible. The Platform or specific modules may be paused, wound down, or discontinued as a result of technical, legal, security, or commercial factors. |
08Staking Risk
Staking in Reaction Racing is described as a gameplay-alignment mechanism rather than a passive-yield mechanism. Staking nevertheless carries distinct risk.
| No fixed return. Staking alone does not create a guaranteed return. Any gameplay-linked bonus depends on active participation and the current rules. |
| Value risk remains. Staked RRX remains exposed to token-value volatility, liquidity risk, and external market conditions. |
| Access and timing risk. Unstaking, release timing, cooldowns, or settlement windows may be subject to the applicable contract logic and current protocol rules. |
| Technical risk applies. Smart contract, wallet, and infrastructure risks described elsewhere in this document also apply to staking functions. |
| Rules may change. Staking thresholds, multipliers, utility effects, or availability may change under updated gameplay or protocol rules. |

Nothing on the Reaction Racing Platform, website, white paper, social channels, or communications from Reaction Racing constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
| No promise of value. Nothing in the current documentation should be interpreted as a promise or representation of future value, liquidity, market price, profit, yield, return, appreciation, or support of token value. |
